本标准规定了加工中心的主轴转速、各个数控线性轴线的进给率及两个或两个以上数控线性轴线和/或回转轴线同时运动所产生轨迹的运动精度的要求及检验方法。本标准适用于一般用途的普通精度加工中心。当其结构、部件和运动符合本标准时，数控镗、铣床也可参照使用。
