【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementsformaterials,design,manufacture,testinginspection,safetysystemsanddocumentation(includinginstructionsforfirstoperation),forcommonly-usedtypesofgas-loadedaccumulatorsandgasbottlesforfluidpowerapplications(see1.2).1.2ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothefollowingtypesofcomponents,definedasthepressure-containingenvelopeofgas-loadedaccumulators:—bladdertype;—diaphragmtype;—pistontype;—transfertype;?—gasbottlesusedtoprovideadditionalgascapacity.Theyconsistofoneorseveralpartsjoinedtogetherbyavarietyofmechanicalmeansandbywelding.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestogas-loadedaccumulatorswhichoperatewiththefollowingconditions:—subjecttoaninternalgaugepressuregreaterthan0,5bar;—workingtemperatureofnotlowerthan-50°Candnothigherthan+200°C;—containingGroup2liquidsandgasesasdefinedinthePressureEquipmentDirective97/23/EC.Itdoesnotapplyto:—accumulatorsforusewithdangerousfluids(seeNOTE1).NOTE1Fluidpowerapplicationsutilizenon-dangerousfluidsascategorizedinISO6743-4inadditiontoaninertgas(e.g.nitrogen)whichisusedasthepre-chargingmedium.NOTE2Therearenodesignlimitstothevolumeoftheaccumulator.

Scope: This specification covers one type of thermoplastic, polysulfone-resin-impregnated graphite fibers in the form of tape or sheet.
