适用范围
本标准规定了用直排四探针测量硅、锗单晶电阻率的方法。本标准适用于测量试样厚度和从试样边缘与任一探针端点的最近距离二者均大于探针间距的4倍的硅、锗单晶的体电阻率以及测量直径大于探针间距的10倍、厚度小于探针间距4倍的硅、锗单晶圆片（简称圆片）的电阻率。

【摘要】:Thebutaneactivityasdeterminedbythistestmethodisameasureoftheabilityofanactivatedcarbontoadsorbbutanefromdryairunderspecifiedconditions.Itisusefulforthequalitycontrolandevaluationofgranularactivatedcarbons.Thebutaneactivityisanindicationofthemicroporevolumeoftheactivatedcarbonsample.Thisactivitynumberdoesnotnecessarilyprovideanabsoluteorrelativemeasureoftheeffectivenessofthetestedcarbonforotheradsorbatesoratotherconditionsofoperation.Thebutaneactivitytestcanbeusedasanon-ozonedepletingsubstituteforthecarbontetrachlorideactivitytestinTestMethodD3467.Fig.1showsanexperimentalcorrelationofactivityvaluesobtainedusingthetwoadsorbates.Note18212;Thistesthasnotbeendesignedforusewithpowderedactivatedcarbon,butithasbeenusedsuccessfullywhentheflowrateortimeareadjustedorthesamplevolumeisdecreasedtokeepthepressuredropatanacceptablevalue.1.1Thistestmethodcoversdeterminationoftheactivationlevelofactivatedcarbon.Butaneactivity(BA)isdefinedhereinastheratio(inpercent)ofthemassofbutaneadsorbedbyanactivatedcarbonsampletothemassofthesample,whenthecarbonissaturatedwithbutaneundertheconditionslistedinthistestmethod.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificwarningstatement,see7.1.

【摘要】:Cyanideandhydrogencyanidearehighlytoxic.Regulationshavebeenestablishedtorequirethemonitoringofcyanideinindustrialanddomesticwastesandsurfacewaters.Thistestmethodisapplicablefornaturalwaters,industrialwastewatersandeffluents.1.1Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminetheconcentrationoftotalcyanideinanaqueouswastewateroreffluent.Themethoddetectsthecyanidesthatarefree(HCNandCN-)andstrong-metal-cyanidecomplexesthatdissociateandreleasefreecyanidewhenrefluxedunderstronglyacidicconditions.1.2Thismethodmaynotbeapplicabletoprocesssolutionsfrompreciousmetalsminingoperations.1.3Thisprocedureisapplicableoverarangeofapproximately2to400x03BC;g/L(partsperbillion)totalcyanide.Higherconcentrationscanbemeasuredwithsampledilutionorlowerinjectionvolume.1.4ThedeterminativestepofthismethodutilizesflowinjectionwithamperometricdetectionbasedonTestMethodD6888.Priortoanalysis,samplesmustbedistilledwithamicro-distillationapparatusdescribedinthistestmethodorwithasuitablecyanidedistillationapparatusspecifiedinTestMethodsD2036.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardstatementsaregiveninNote2andSection9.
